Out Of Control Sexual Behaviors
Surviving Infidelity
If you are reading these words, you've probably already tried to address your behavior on your own, and it left you frustrated, wondering if change is even possible. Let me tell you, it is – with the right help.
Through helping thousands of people overcome their out-of-control sexual behaviors, I've developed a unique way to help committed individuals change their behaviors for good.
I call it interpersonal psychodynamic therapy and it has 3 straightforward steps:
Learn to be able to feel your feelings
Learn to stay with your feelings and deal with your emotions
Know now how to comfortably make healthier choices, build true intimacy and ultimately be happier
As your therapist, I will help you do it the right way the first time. And if you have already had unsuccessful attempts in the past, now is the time to get it right.
Every day I work with individuals, couples, and families suffering from damaged or broken relationships, or who are stumbling their way through the disclosure and healing process of infidelity, or other intimacy-related issues including boundary setting, co-dependency, feelings of inadequacy, guilt, shame and feelings of not being enough.
With decades of experience and having been licensed by the State of Florida as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), I've developed a unique approach to curing unhealthy sexual behaviors. I am a MSW graduate of Barry University (Miami, FL), having completed a Master’s Degree with honors in Clinical Social Work.
Since you were courageous enough in making the first move to find me here, now I challenge you to remain courageous in your next and arguably the most important step of all: to beat sex & porn addiction for good, and live a life you really want to be living.
Best Wishes,
Mitchel Rosenholtz, MSW, LCSW
Psychotherapist
One of the hardest things to do is to admit that you have a problem. Even though my addiction to sex was hurting my wife and my family, I could not stop. I love my wife, and Mitchel has been instrumental in helping me to get to the source of my issues, and helping us find our way back to each other."

Working with Mitchel saved my marriage and my life. I no longer feel the need to act out sexually and I am fully in control of my feelings, emotions and anxieties today. My marriage and professional life has never been better. Thank you Mitchel."

I lead a very busy life. Work, kids and college classes. It leaves very little time for me to do anything. Teletherapy sessions allows me to have my therapy session with Mitchel, from the comfort of my home at my computer. For someone with a schedule like mine, this is a godsend!! Thank you so much Mitchel."
